Re: cat question i need answered

first no matter how little money you have  there are low cost spay and 
neuter centers  get the cats fixed before one gets out and brings more 
unwanted kittens in.  Also they do vaccinations cheap also

also the eye sounds like a infection or a cut on the eye. But as I am not
a 
vet as no one out here on the cat boards are.  I can't be sure.  You can 
call a vet for free and ask question

the cats are still young they might have suffered brain damage from the 
abuse and or suffered emotional trauma.  IMO from what I read Give them
time
