oscars and large mouth bass

by djtonyc77@[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sep 15, 2005 at 07:00 PM

I had my 2 oscars and pl*co in a 29g tank then decided to transfer
them to a 125g. While breaking in my new tank, i put in a bunch of
minnows, two 6" bass, and 3 crawfish or crayfish. They were all from a
nearby lake. The crawfish have made themselves at home in little
crevases and in the rocks and dont seem to bother anyone, and the bass
seem to be getting along fine. I brought in the other fish and there
doesnt seem to be any problems. (3 weeks so far). I keep the temp
around 78 F, the bass seem to eat alot and are very aggressive eaters.
I was wondering if the temp will be to high for them in the long run
and to just dump them back in lake. And what kind of growing rate can
I expect with a largemouth bass.
