Ha!!  At the local national chain, I see them pulling the fish right out
of 
the ****pment boxes and dumping them into the tank.

My sources are limited -- I've considered mail order, but ****pping is
really 
cost prohibitive, so to make it worthwhile, I'd need to order enough fish
to 
fully stock the tank, which you can't really do.
