Always do a fecal - how else do you know what to use? Not all parasites
respond to the same treatment. Worming blind has led to parasite
resistance
in many parts of the country and the llama may not have any parasites at
all. 'You can tell when they need to be wormed' is completely false.
Your
friend needs to attend some parasite seminars that can show her a better
way
to manage her llamas.
