My understanding is that this is the `label' that is being
introduced here in Australia as common usage.
You are correct about getting people to try it. I believe it
has an big future once we get over the `calamari` reluctance.
(Fishermen used not to value squid around where I live thinking
it was only good as a bait fish ... Now, as `calamari' it is
considerably more valuable)
