Goat meat is a great product, but just getting someone to try it is
tough! Usually have to lie to them about what it is until after they
rave about how good it is.
Anyone out there using a better sounding name? Most people don't know
what veal or venison is, or mutton for that matter. And the names sound
so much better than "goat meat" (or broiled 'kid' for that matter). Any
ideas?
